This is the thirty-fourth day, four weeks and six days of the Omer.

הַיּוֹם אַרְבָּעָה וּשְלֹשִׁים יוֹם שֶׁהֵם אַרְבָּעָה שָׁבוּעוֹת וְשִׁשָּׁה יָמִים לָעֹֽמֶר

Hayom arba'ah ush'loshim yom sheheim arba'ah shavuot v'shishah yamim la'omer.

Yesod Sh’b’Hod

וַיְבָרֶךְ אֱלֹהִים אֶת־יוֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִי וַיְקַדֵּשׁ אֹתוֹ כִּי בוֹ שָׁבַת מִכָּל־מְלַאכְתּוֹ אֲשֶׁר־בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים לַעֲשׂוֹת׃

And God blessed the seventh day, and made it holy; and ceased from all the creative work that God (had chosen) to do. (Genesis 2:3)
