Today is the nineteenth day, two weeks and five days of the omer.

הַיּוֹם תִּשְׁעָה עָשָׂר יוֹם שֶׁהֵם שְׁנֵי שָׁבוּעוֹת וַחֲמִשָּׁה יָמִים לָעֹֽמֶר

Hayom tishah asar yom sheheim sh'nei
shavuot vakhamishah yamim la'omer.

 Hod Sh’b’Tiferet

 וַֽיְהִי־עֶ֥רֶב וַֽיְהִי־בֹ֖קֶר י֥וֹם רְבִיעִֽי

And there was evening and there was morning, the fourth day. (Genesis 1:19)
